Where we ship

Nova Cove ships worldwide. Current markets include the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, Australia, and select international destinations.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not from order placement:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • European Union: 10–18 business days
  • United States, Canada, Australia: 10–21 business days
  • Rest of the world: 12–25 business days

These timelines reflect our supply and fulfilment realities as an international skincare brand. We prioritise reliable, tracked delivery over speed.

Shipping costs

Standard tracked shipping is free worldwide on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom and European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Nova Cove is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact carenovacove@gmail.com.

Delivery issues

Lost or delayed parcels: If your order has not arrived within the timeframes above, please email us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged parcels: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and email us with your order number and images.

Incorrect address: We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
